In honor of John Hughes' passing, The Breakfast Club decided to pay tribute to the 1985 American Teen Film Director at Saturday's breakfast club held at the Silver Fork Lodge. Present were Brian Johnson (Anthony Michael Hall), Andrew Clark (Emilio Estevez), Claire Standish (Molly Ringwald), John Bender (Judd Nelson) and Allison Reynolds (Ally Sheedy). We felt a bit of the fall weather up the canyon but it was good food and good friends!Saturday, August 8, 2009

Let's see . . . what didn't we try at the Silver Fork Lodge? Cinnamon Rolls, Hot Chocolate, Sourdough Pancakes, Sourdough French Toast, and Corned Beef Hash. Good grief! I give it "3 Bacons". Fun atmosphere and an honored visit by the orginal breakfast club members. Good times. :)
